This Valentines charcuterie board is full of mozzarella, and brie cheese. It has prosciutto, salami, cherries tomatoes, fruits, pita bread and crackers, chocolate truffles and jam. It has a variety of festive red and pink ingredients to get this lovefilled season off to a good start.


Ingredients

Units Scale



  • 30 balls of Mozzarella Snack (BelGiosio )


  • 1 of Brie cheese (President)


  • 100 gr. of Prosciutto di Parma


  • 100 gr. of Classic Mild Salami


  • 50 gr. of Cherry Tomatoes


  • 50 gr. of Seedless Black grapes (Candy size)


  • 50 gr. of Raspberries


  • 1 bag of Strawberries & Cream white chocolate truffles (Lindt Lindor )


  • 1 box of Mini Pita Bread


  • 1 bag of Crackers


  • 1 bunch of fresh Basil leaves


  • Strawberry jam


  • Nutella



Instructions



  1. Use a heartshaped plate and baking paper. With the help of a pencil you mark the shape. Finally, with scissor cut the paper line, and that will be your guide to start.


  2. Place the paper in the shape of a heart on top of the table.


  3. Fill the dip bowls with the Nutella and the jam and hold the paper with them


  4. Start by assembling with the cheeses. First the mozzarella and cut the brie cheese into triangles. Spread them around the edge of the paper.


  5. With the prosciutto and salami, make small roses and distribute them among the cheeses.


  6. In this step, remove the bowls and paper. You should already have the shape of a heart.


  7. Add the fruits and place them in the empty spaces.


  8. Finally, the breads and cookies


  9. Garnish with basil leaves
