Description

My favorite recipe for homemade colored cabbage coleslaw salad with the most delicious creamy mayonnaise dressing is part of several recipes on my blog. This coleslaw is quick and easy to make. Its even a perfect side dish or topping for tacos, burgers or sandwiches. It is easy to do in advance.









 


Ingredients

For cabbage salad





  • 1 green cabbage


  • 1 purple cabbage


  • 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro


  • A small bunch of green onion (only the green part)



For dressing





  • 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise


  • 1 lemon fresh juice


  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • 1 teaspoon cumin



Instructions



  1. Cut the cabbages with the food peeler or knife.


  2. Then, cut the cilantro and green onion


  3. Mix all the dressing ingredients


  4. In a salad bowl put and mix all the ingredients.


  5. Pour the dressing.


  6. Serve immediately on your dinner plate or in tacos, burgers or sandwiches


Notes



  • You can save in the refrigerator without dressing for up to 3 days.
