- Preheat oven to 350F or 180C.
- Grease the Nordicware bundt cake anniversary pan.
- Sift the flour together with the baking powder and the pinch of salt.
- Start mixing the heavy cream with granulated white sugar until it is semi–whipped.
- Add the eggs one by one. Do not incorporate the next egg until the previous one is integrated into the mixture.
- Add the flour little by little until you get a homogeneous mix.
- Take to the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick and it should come out clean.
- Remove from the oven. Let rest for 10 minutes and unmold.
- Decorate with icing sugar
