Instructions for cake
- Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C with heat up and down.
- Beat the butter until creamy.
- We add the sugar.
- We continue with the eggs one by one.
- Add the juice and lemon zest.
- 300 grams of flour together with the baking powder and cardamom.
- We divide the mixture into equal parts or a larger part than another if you like it with less chocolate portion.
- To that half, we add 2 tablespoons of chocolate and mix it with a spatula.
- We pour into the mold alternating like this: we start with a layer of the lemon mixture, then with a chocolate layer, and we continue like this until we finish both mixtures, always beginning and ending with the lemon mixture.
