Description

This beautiful lemon and chocolate marble bundt cake recipe is the best I've ever made. This spongy cake may have a great crumb, but its exotic flavor transports you to the best moments due to a dash of cardamom spice.

  • 250 gr. of butter

  • 300 gr. of sugar

  • 6 L eggs

  • 1 Zest of lemon

  • 1 The juice of a lemon

  • 300 gr. of allpurpose flour

  • 12 gr. of baking powder

  • 1 Tbs of cardamom

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate chips

  • 1 Tbsp Heavy cream

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C with heat up and down.

  2. Beat the butter until creamy.

  3. We add the sugar.

  4. We continue with the eggs one by one.

  5. Add the juice and lemon zest.

  6. 300 grams of flour together with the baking powder and cardamom.

  7. We divide the mixture into equal parts or a larger part than another if you like it with less chocolate portion.

  8. To that half, we add 2 tablespoons of chocolate and mix it with a spatula.

  9. We pour into the mold alternating like this: we start with a layer of the lemon mixture, then with a chocolate layer, and we continue like this until we finish both mixtures, always beginning and ending with the lemon mixture.

Instruction for Glazed



  1. 2 cups of semisweet chocolate drops, and a tablespoon of heavy cream, melt them in the microwave and pour on top of the lemon, chocolate, and cardamom bundt cake.
